Presented by

Stonehouse + Irons Architecture

Location

Pivotonian Cinema, 4 Verner St, South Geelong VIC 3220

Film screening Geoffrey Bawa: The Genuis of place. A groundbreaking documentary exploring the work of Sri Lanka's most important architect how he decolonized 20th century architecture and inspired Asia. Widely regarded as one of South Asia’s most important architects of the 20th century - the equivalent of Frank Lloyd Wright in America, Luis Barragán in Mexico or Oscar Niemeyer in Brazil,  Bawa  created a body of work that is legendary in scale, scope and ambition.
